Abstract
Procédé d'équilibrage d'un rotor (2) de moteur électrique centré sur un axe principal de rotation, comportant un paquet de tôles (6) empilées transversalement autour d'un arbre (4), présentant des encoches (10) recevant des aimants ou des bobinages de fils de cuivre, en formant un conducteur des lignes de flux magnétique autour de ces encoches, ce procédé comportant une opération préliminaire de calcul des zones de plus faible densité du flux magnétique (20) dans le paquet de tôles (6) du rotor (2), puis pour effectuer un équilibrage de ce rotor (2), il réalise des usinages (16) sur les faces transversales à chaque extrémité de ce paquet de tôles (6), dans les zones de plus faible densité (20).
