Abstract
Un système (SD) détecte la position d'un premier engin (E1) mobile par rapport à un second engin (E2) fixe, et comprend : - une première diode électroluminescente (DE) émettant des photons d'une première longueur d'onde et installée sur le second engin (E2), - un capteur (CS) installé sur le premier engin (E1) et délivrant un premier signal représentatif de l'intensité de photons reçus ayant la première longueur d'onde, - un premier filtre (F1) installé devant la première diode électroluminescente (DE) afin d'induire une polarisation rectiligne selon un premier angle prédéfini des photons qu'elle émet, - un second filtre (F2) installé devant le capteur (CS) et induisant une polarisation selon le premier angle afin de laisser passer les photons polarisés par le premier filtre (F1), et - un processeur (PR) déterminant la position du premier engin (E1) par rapport au second engin (E2) en fonction du premier signal.
