Dispositif d'aide à la traction pour agencement en périphérie d'une bande de roulement d'un pneumatique monté sur une jante, comprenant une bande de traction (1) se prolongeant le long d'un axe T-T et prévue pour enroulement autour de la bande de roulement du pneumatique, et un module (2) de fixation latérale conçu pour fixer latéralement ladite bande de traction (1) à la jante, ladite bande de traction comprenant une pluralité de blocs (3, 4) agencés les uns à la suite des autres, au moins une partie des blocs (3) comportant un insert d'allongement (18) déformable élastiquement agencé entre le tunnel (6) et le bord (19) du bloc.
