Procédé de localisation d'une sonde (10) pour un contrôle non destructif d'une partie de pièce (3) à analyser par ladite sonde, la sonde comportant au moins trois zones (12, 14, 16), dites de référence, le procédé comportant : une étape de détection, par un module de détection (20), des zones de références de ladite sonde et une génération de données de détection, une étape de génération, par un module de détermination (40), de données de position et d'orientation de la sonde à partir desdites données de détection.
