L'invention concerne un panneau radiant (2) destiné à être installé dans un véhicule, notamment automobile, le panneau radiant (2) comprenant au moins un réseau (39) d'électrodes définissant au moins un couple d'électrodes (39) comprenant une première électrode et une deuxième électrode formant entre elles un dipôle ayant une résistance (R), panneau qui permet d'ajuster la puissance de chauffage du panneau radiant : - par modulation de la tension électrique appliquée au panneau radiant, - ou par adaptation d'une résistance équivalente en modifiant le réseau d'électrodes ou la couche résistive (31) du panneau radiant.
