L'invention concerne un étage (8) de sortie suiveur classe A comportant, entre deux rails d'alimentation (14, 15) : - un étage suiveur (20) à paire de rétroactions complémentaires comportant : - un étage (16) d'amplification en source commune comportant deux transistors de puissance MOS (17, 18) de polarités différentes, - deux transistors suiveurs (22, 24) de polarités différentes reliés par leur source à la sortie (12), chaque transistor suiveur (22, 24) ayant son drain relié à la grille du transistor de puissance (18, 17) connecté à l'autre rail d'alimentation (15, 14) par l'intermédiaire d'un transistor monté en grille commune (26, 28) de polarité différente, le transistor suiveur (22, 24) et le transistor de puissance (18, 17) reliés étant de même polarité ; et - une entrée (10) pour l'étage de sortie suiveur classe A, appliquée aux grilles des transistors suiveurs (22, 24), - un circuit de polarisation à boucle translinéaire (70) comportant deux transistors de polarisation (72, 74) de polarités différentes reliés en parallèle entre les grilles des deux transistors de puissance (17, 18); et - deux générateurs de tensions de référence distincts (92, 94) reliés chacun à la grille d'un des transistors (72, 74) pour fixer le courant de repos des transistors de puissance (17, 18).
