Abstract

Brûleur à gaz de prémélange comprenant un diffuseur (4) comprenant une région de combustion (7), le diffuseur (4) comprenant une pluralité de trous débouchants configurés pour permettre aux gaz pré-mélangés de passer à la région (7) par une pluralité d’ouvertures de passage (7a, 7b) respectives, caractérisé en ce que la région (7) comprend une région périmétrale (9) dans laquelle, à l’usage, la densité d’écoulement de mélange de gaz comburant / combustible est plus importante que dans le reste de la région (7), de sorte que le brûleur (1) génère une distribution de flamme dans la région (7) dans laquelle une flamme plate centrale est entourée par un pic de flamme, ledit pic de flamme étant configuré pour générer suffisamment de chaleur pour convertir du CO en CO2 lorsque le brûleur (1) fonctionne à faibles puissances dans sa plage de modulation.
