Abstract

Un objet de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce bimétallique, à l'aide d'un premier composant formé d'un premier alliage d'aluminium et d'un deuxième composant formé d'un deuxième alliage d'aluminium, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : - assemblage du premier composant contre le deuxième composant de manière à obtenir une pièce assemblée ; - application d'un traitement thermique à la pièce assemblée, selon une température comprise entre 100°C et 250°C, le traitement thermique induisant une déformation de la pièce assemblée, notamment due à une déformation métallurgique par une précipitation de phases durcissantes du premier composant et/ou du deuxième composant; - refroidissement à température ambiante, après lequel la déformation induite subsiste. le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, préalablement à l'assemblage une estimation de la déformation de la pièce assemblée sous l'effet du traitement thermique.
