Abstract

Vanne de régulation comprenant un corps (2) comportant une entrée (3), au moins une sortie (4) et un conduit interne (5) reliant l'entrée (3) à la sortie (4), la vanne (1) comprenant un organe (6) de régulation mobile en rotation dans le corps (2) autour d'un axe (19) de rotation, l'organe (6) de régulation comprenant, au moins une portion coopérant en étanchéité avec le conduit (5) interne du corps (2) via un ensemble de joint(s) (8) d'étanchéité pour empêcher le passage de gaz entre l'entrée et la sortie, et au moins une discontinuité (9) d'épaisseur, l'organe (6) de régulation étant mobile entre une première position de fermeture empêchant le passage de gaz entre l'entrée (3) et la sortie (4) et une au moins une position d'ouverture autorisant le passage de gaz entre l'entrée (3) et la sortie (4), dans la au moins une position d'ouverture, la discontinuité rompant l'étanchéité avec le conduit (5) interne du corps (2), la discontinuité (9) ayant une géométrie déterminée définissant une section de passage variable déterminée pour le gaz selon sa position angulaire autour de l'axe (19) de rotation.
