Abstract

PAILLE A BOIRE BIODEGRADABLE Une paille à boire biodégradable est faite de poudre de fibre végétale et d’au moins un polymère. Ledit au moins un polymère est le polylactide (PLA), le poly(succinate de butylène) (PBS) ou le polypropylène (PP). En remplacement des pailles à boire faites en matières plastiques traditionnelles, la paille à boire biodégradable, lorsqu’elle est enfouie dans des décharges, peut être dégradée par des microorganismes et se décomposer, pour redevenir à la fin une partie de la nature. En outre, la paille à boire biodégradable est faite de matériaux non pétrochimiques et n’est pas faite de silice, d’où il résulte que sa production évite une consommation excessive des ressources limitées, permettant ainsi de contribuer à la conservation de l’énergie et à la protection de l’environnement.
