Abstract
Procédé d'avertissement d'un risque de rupture ou de déformation d'une pièce en matériau composite lorsqu'elle est soumise à un effort. Le procédé consiste à : - arranger lesdites fibres en une structure en treillis (3) obtenue par bobinage des fibres pour former des barres (31) se rejoignant ou se croisant en des nœuds (30), - concevoir au moins une partie (4) de la pièce (1) au travers d'au moins une barre dudit treillis et/ou d'au moins une barre supplémentaire créée à partir de nœuds supplémentaires et/ou d'un ou plusieurs nœuds dudit treillis, dont l'emplacement et la résistance à la rupture sont déterminés, - la partie (4) de la pièce (1) consiste en une portion identifiable extérieurement, et qui est conçue apte à subir une déformation lors de la rupture de ladite au moins une barre.
