Abstract

Procédé d'avertissement d'un risque de rupture ou de déformation d'une pièce (1) en matériau composite lorsqu'elle est soumise à un effort, où ladite pièce comprend une matrice thermoplastique ou thermodurcissable renforcée de fibres. Le procédé consiste à : - arranger lesdites fibres en une structure en treillis (2) obtenue par bobinage des fibres pour former des barres (21) se rejoignant ou se croisant en des nœuds (20), - configurer au moins une barre (21) dudit treillis et/ou à intégrer à ladite pièce au moins une barre supplémentaire (3) dont l'emplacement et la résistance à la rupture sont déterminés, - associer à ladite au moins une barre, intérieurement à ladite pièce, un moyen capteur (4) conçu apte à détecter sa rupture, et - associer audit moyen capteur (4), un moyen (5) d'émission, extérieurement à ladite pièce, d'un signal relatif à la rupture.
