Abstract

Procédé d'estimation de la présence d'un monolithe d'un système de catalyse automobile des gaz d'échappement, comprenant les étapes suivantes : on détermine le débit massique de gaz échappement, la température d'entrée et de sortie des gaz échappement, et la température extérieure, pour l'itération courante, on détermine la sensibilité de la température de sortie du catalyseur à la masse de catalyseur, la sensibilité de la température de sortie du catalyseur au coefficient de perte thermique, la température de sortie du catalyseur modélisée et la masse de catalyseur, pour l'itération suivante, en fonction du débit massique de gaz échappement, de la température d'entrée des gaz échappement, et de la température extérieure, ainsi que de la variation de masse du catalyseur et la variation du coefficient d'échange par conducto-convection entre le monolithe et l'extérieur pour l'itération courante, on détermine une variation de masse du catalyseur et une variation du coefficient d'échange par conducto-convection entre le monolithe et l'extérieur pour l'itération suivante en fonction de la température de sortie des gaz d'échappement pour l'itération courante, de la température de sortie du catalyseur modélisée pour l'itération suivante et respectivement de la valeur de la sensibilité de la température de sortie du catalyseur à la masse de catalyseur et de la valeur de la sensibilité de la température de sortie du catalyseur au coefficient de perte thermique pour l'itération suivante, on détermine la présence du catalyseur lorsque la masse du catalyseur pour l'itération suivante est supérieure à un seuil prédéfini.
