Ce fer à repasser comprend un corps chauffant (13) comportant une chambre de vaporisation (17) présentant une paroi de fond (19) sur laquelle de l'eau est destinée à s'écouler pour produire de la vapeur, le corps chauffant (13) comprenant une résistance électrique chauffante (15) s'étendant à la périphérie de la paroi de fond (19). La paroi de fond (19) présente une forme bombée et comprend au moins une nervure en forme de V (24) configurée pour canaliser l'eau s'écoulant sur la paroi de fond (19) en direction de la résistance électrique chauffante (15).
