Abstract

Dispositif de détection (D1) d'objets détectables (J) équipés de moyens d'identification électromagnétiquement détectables (ID) et disposés avantageusement en pile, déposés sur une zone de détection horizontale, le dispositif de détection (D1) comprenant une antenne émettrice (Ae1) ayant une fréquence de résonnance et générant un champ électromagnétique ayant une portée brute présentant une couverture horizontale couvrant la zone de détection horizontale et une composante verticale, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une antenne passive (Ap1) ayant la même fréquence de résonnance que l'antenne émettrice (Ae1), de manière à être excitée par le champ électromagnétique de l'antenne émettrice (Ae1) pour générer un champ électromagnétique combiné ayant une portée combinée de forme désirée dont la composante verticale est plus grande que celle de la portée brute de l'antenne émettrice (Ae1), et avec une couverture horizontale couvrant sensiblement toujours de la même manière la zone de détection horizontale.
