Abstract
L'invention concerne une méthode et un ensemble de détermination de la présence d'un dispositif de filtration (18) des particules de gaz d'échappement d'un moteur, lesdits gaz d'échappement étant guidés entre une zone amont (20) et une zone aval (22). Selon ladite méthode on enregistre des premières et des secondes valeurs de température dans les zones aval (22) et amont (20). Ensuite, on enregistre la quantité de gaz d'échappement traversant ledit dispositif de filtration (18); on calcule en fonction de ladite pluralité de premières valeurs de température, une première somme des valeurs de variation relative de température ; on calcule en fonction de ladite quantité de gaz d'échappement et de ladite pluralité de secondes valeurs de température, une seconde somme des valeurs de variation relative d'énergie fournies ; et, on détermine la présence dudit dispositif de filtration (18) en comparant lesdites première et seconde sommes.
