Abstract
Appareil de production d'électricité générée par la force hydraulique, comportant une nacelle contenant un multiplicateur de vitesse et le générateur qui est reliée par une colonne double creuse à un socle de fixation en béton, la colonne est mobile en rotation autour d'un axe fixé au socle à l'aide de roulements. Un flotteur lesté à l'équilibre percé en son centre d'un filetage femelle entraine en rotation la colonne double creuse composée d'un cylindre fileté mâle extérieur lors de mouvements vers le haut ou le bas du flotteur.

Description
L'état de l'art en matière de production d'énergie électrique générée par la force hydraulique, écologique parce que non polluante, renouvelable à l'infini, a suscité quelques innovations intéressantes. Aucune d'entre elles, hormis l'usine marémotrice de La Rance, n'utilise la force produite par le marnage.
L'appareil « ALTAMAR » met à profit en permanence l'énergie produite des flux et reflux, avec les temps d'étale entre les deux. En effet, l'appareil fonctionne dans les deux sens de la verticalité.
L'appareil « ALTAMAR » est idéal pour un usage sur des canaux et cours d'eau à écluses, quais et jetées portuaires, entre autres...
Son impact sur l'environnement, à déterminer par une étude, laissera apparaître un impact négligeable.
Fonctionnement
La nacelle (a/ Figure 1 et Figure 5), contenant le multiplicateur de vitesse (M) et le générateur (G), est reliée par une colonne double creuse (b/ Figure 1 et Figure 4) au socle de fixation en béton (h/ Figure 1 et Figure 4). La colonne double creuse est composée d'un cylindre fileté mâle extérieur, mobile dans les deux sens de rotation autour d'un axe scellé au socle de fixation en béton immergé, ces deux éléments étant réunis par des roulements (R) (Figures 3 et 4).
La rotation de la colonne est produite par les poussées, tant vers le haut comme vers le bas, du flotteur lesté à l'équilibre (e/ Figure 1 et Figure 3) percé d'un filetage femelle. Le flotteur aura les formes et dimensions les plus appropriées à la configuration propre de chaque appareil. Le flotteur est relié à des rails fixés à la paroi (d/ Figure 1 et Figure 3) qui, en coulissant, en consolident la stabilité.
Les butées (f/ Figure 1) assurent la sécurité de l'appareil lors des niveaux d'étiage.

- Revendications1/ Appareil de production d'électricité générée par la force hydraulique, comportant une nacelle contenant un multiplicateur de vitesse et le générateur qui est reliée par une colonne double creuse à un socle de fixation en béton, la colonne est mobile en rotation autour d'un axe fixé au socle à l'aide de roulements.
