Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de ventilation (10), destiné à équiper un bâtiment d'élevage (90, 91), comprenant un carter (1) et au moins un bloc échangeur (4) de chaleur, le carter (1) étant muni d'une prise d'air extérieur (2), d'une sortie d'air réchauffé (2a), d'une prise d'air intérieur (3) et d'une sortie d'air refroidi (3a), ledit au moins un bloc échangeur (4) de chaleur étant apte à mettre en contact thermique un premier flux (A) d'air provenant de la prise d'air extérieur (2) avec un deuxième flux (B) d'air provenant de ladite prise d'air intérieur (3). Selon l'invention, le dispositif de ventilation (10) comprend en outre une sortie d'air annexe (5) disposée sur ledit carter (1), des moyens de chauffage (8) de l'air et des moyens de déviation aptes à diriger ledit deuxième flux d'air (B) entrant à l'endroit de ladite prise d'air intérieur (3) : - à travers ledit au moins un bloc échangeur (4) vers ladite sortie d'air refroidi (3a) selon un premier circuit d'air (C1), - à travers les moyens de chauffage (8) vers ladite sortie d'air réchauffé (2a) selon un deuxième circuit d'air (C2), ou - directement vers ladite sortie d'air annexe (5) selon un troisième circuit d'air (C3).
