L'invention concerne un système (200) de rechargement électrique des batteries d'un véhicule électrique, ledit système (200) comprenant : - une première voie de rechargement (202) comportant une interface électrique (2021) prévue pour recevoir un connecteur électrique, et - une deuxième voie de rechargement (204) par pantographe ; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre : - un module contacteur (206) configuré pour relier lesdites batteries (114) à une voie de rechargement à la fois, et - un module de commande (210) dudit module contacteur (206) pour sélectionner une voie de rechargement parmi lesdites voies de rechargement (202,204). Elle concerne également un véhicule électrique, en particulier de type bus électrique, mettant en œuvre un tel système.
