Abstract

Il comprend les étapes de : a) mesurer une température extérieure (Text) de l'air à l'extérieur du bâtiment, b) mesurer une température intérieure (Tint) de l'air à l'intérieur du bâtiment, c) mesurer une hygrométrie extérieure (He) de l'air à l'extérieur du bâtiment, d) calculer l'hygrométrie relative (Hr) de l'air extérieur ramené à la température intérieure (Tint) mesurée, e) comparer l'hygrométrie relative (Hr) calculée avec une valeur d'hygrométrie seuil (Hs), f) comparer la température extérieure (Text) mesurée à une température seuil (Ts), g) générer une instruction d'actionnement de la ventilation mécanique centralisée (VMC) du bâtiment lorsque : i- la température extérieure (Text) mesurée est supérieure ou égale à la température seuil (Ts), et ii - l'hygrométrie relative (Hr) calculée est inférieure ou égale à la valeur d'hygrométrie seuil (Hs), h) actionner la ventilation mécanique centralisée (VMC) lorsqu'une instruction d'actionnement est générée.
