Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un dispositif de séparation électrostatique de mélanges granulaires de taille millimétrique ou sous-millimétrique composés des particules non-conductrices (11a, 11b) ou de particules non-conductrices (11) ou conductrices (12) utilisant simultanément le champ électrique E, la force aérodynamique et la pesanteur. Ces forces s'exercent sur des particules (11, 11a, 11b, 12) préalablement chargées dans un champ électrique E intense généré par une tension continue appliquée à deux cylindres coaxiaux 221, 222 constituant des électrodes. Un système de nettoyage mécanique détache les particules lia et 11b ou 11 et 12 de la surface des électrodes 221, 222, et facilite leur récupération dans un système collecteur 23, sous l'action d'aspirateurs de type cyclone, de manière que le nettoyage des électrodes et la collecte des particules séparées soient réalisés en continu.
