Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'échange thermique (1) comprenant un premier réseau hydraulique (14) constitué d'un circuit frigorigène, un second réseau hydraulique composé de boucles thermiques de liquide caloporteur (14a), (14b), (14c) et un module de commande (15) de leurs fonctionnements, caractérisé en ce que : -) le second réseau hydraulique (14a-14c) est muni : i) d'un premier moyen de raccordement (18b, 18c, 16b, 22a, 24) sélectif via au moins un condenseur annexe (24) à liquide caloporteur, entre une boucle thermique à hautes températures (14c) et une boucle thermique à très basses températures (14a), ii) d'un deuxième moyen de de raccordement (18a-18c, 25c, 25b, 9a, 9b) sélectif entre d'une part le condenseur annexe (24) et d'autre part la boucle thermique à hautes températures (14c), de la boucle thermique à très basses températures (14a) et d'une boucle thermique à basses températures (14b), et en ce que -) le premier réseau hydraulique (14) est muni d'un moyen de contournement (16c) sélectif d'un condenseur principal (5) à air par le fluide réfrigérant circulant à travers le circuit frigorigène via le condenseur annexe (24).
