Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif support (1), notamment de type matelas, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant un panneau supérieur P1 (3), et un panneau inférieur P2 (5), et plusieurs éléments intermédiaires (10) disposés entre lesdits panneaux supérieur (3) et inférieur (5) formant ainsi une couche intermédiaire (8). Avantageusement, lesdits éléments intermédiaires (10) sont des lames (12) continues ou discontinues comprenant des portions supérieures et inférieures, lesdites portions supérieures étant solidarisées de manière continue ou discontinue au panneau supérieur P1 (3), et lesdites portions inférieures étant solidarisées de manière continue ou discontinue au panneau inférieur P2 (5). Le dispositif support (1) comprend en outre un dispositif auxiliaire (7) configuré de manière à autoriser, dans une première position, le déplacement en translation du panneau supérieur P1 (3) par rapport au panneau P2 inférieur (5) ; et empêcher, dans une seconde position, le déplacement en translation du panneau P1 supérieur (3) par rapport au panneau inférieur P2 (5).
