Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet une unité électronique de mesure de paramètres de fonctionnement d'une roue de véhicule comprenant : • une valve de gonflage (10) de type « snap-in » présentant un corps de valve (10a) en un matériau à déformation élastique et un tube rigide creux (10b), • un boîtier électronique (20), et • des moyens de solidarisation du boîtier électronique et de la valve de gonflage, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de solidarisation du boîtier électronique et de la valve de gonflage sont constitués par une goupille (30) pleine réalisée dans un matériau présentant une masse volumique inférieure à celle du matériau constituant le tube rigide creux et présentant des rainures longitudinales (40) autorisant un passage de flux d'air à travers ladite valve, une portion proximale (31) de ladite goupille étant configurée pour être solidarisée au boitier électronique et une portion distale (32) de ladite goupille étant configurée pour être solidarisée au tube rigide creux de la valve de gonflage.The present invention relates to an electronic unit for measuring the operating parameters of a vehicle wheel comprising: • an inflation valve (10) of the “snap-in” type having a valve body (10a) made of a material to be elastic deformation and a hollow rigid tube (10b), • an electronic unit (20), and • means for securing the electronic unit and the inflation valve, characterized in that the means for securing the electronic unit and the valve of inflation consist of a solid pin (30) made of a material having a density lower than that of the material constituting the hollow rigid tube and having longitudinal grooves (40) allowing a passage of air flow through said valve, a proximal portion (31) of said pin being configured to be secured to the electronic unit and a distal portion (32) of said pin being configured to be secured to the hollow rigid tube of the inflation valve.
