L'invention concerne un module de face avant (2) pour véhicule automobile comprenant un bloc thermique (4) comprenant au moins un échangeur de chaleur (6,8) et un groupe moto-ventilateur (10). Selon l'invention, un premier ensemble (22) de volets (23) mobiles en rotation et un deuxième ensemble (24) de volets (23) mobiles en rotation sont agencés de part et d'autre du bloc thermique (4). L'invention concerne également un procédé pour dégivrer un échangeur de chaleur (6,8) d'un module de face avant (2) tel que décrit.
