Le système portatif de culture d'endives comprend : Un bac inférieur (2) pour contenir de l'eau à ajouter, Un pot de culture (3) qui comprend un fond (9) et une paroi latérale (10) s'étendant depuis le fond (9) jusqu'à un bord supérieur (11), Un substrat (20) de culture dans le pot de culture (3), Des endives (21) dans le substrat (20) de culture, orientées vers le haut, l'extrémité supérieure des endives (21) ne dépassant pas du bord supérieur (11), Un couvercle supérieur (4) posé sur le pot de culture (3), et libre de se déplacer verticalement vers le haut par rapport au pot de culture (3).
