Abstract

Le plateau de préparation (1) conforme à l'invention est conçu, notamment pour la cuisson d'articles de boulangerie. Il comporte un cadre (2) et un élément support (12), fixé audit cadre (1), apte à supporter ledit au moins un article notamment alimentaire. Le plateau de préparation (1) est remarquable en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de moulage (17) dudit au moins un article notamment alimentaire, ledit dispositif de moulage (17) étant positionné sur ledit élément support (12) et fixé de façon amovible sur ledit élément support (12) et/ou sur ledit cadre (1). De plus, le dispositif de moulage (17) comporte un matériau anti-adhérent souple et déformable, et comporte au moins une empreinte (18) de moulage pour accueillir ledit au moins un article notamment alimentaire.
