PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BASE FOR A LIPSTICK HOLDER Richard C. Jones, Chicago, Ill., assignor to Associated Products, Inc., Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Richard C. Jones, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Base for a Lipstick Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof. Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a base for lipstick holder showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view.

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line 4-4 of Fig. 2.

Fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line 5-5 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 6 is a fragmentary sectional view taken along the line 6--6 of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a base for a lipstick holder, substantially as shown.
