Be it known that 1, Jacob H. Schaefier, a citi- Zen of the United States of America and a resident of the city of New York, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Gem Setting or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof,

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line 33 of Fig. 1, and

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line 4-4 of Fig. 1.
