Abstract

La présente invention concerne le traitement de fluide contenant des organismes unicellulaires ou pluricellulaires tels que bactéries, levures, fruits et légumes ou morceaux de fruits et légumes aux fins d'extraction de jus et/ou de décontamination, et plus particulièrement les raisins de vendange, les pommes à jus et à cidre, et ce afin d'améliorer non seulement les rendements d'extraction en jus mais aussi en solutés contenus dans les cellules végétales par champs électriques pulsés qui se caractérise par le fait que la durée de chaque impulsion est asservie soit à la température du fluide en sortie de module afin de ne pas dépasser une température maximale prédéterminée soit à l'intensité maximale du courant reçue ou émise par le générateur.
