Abstract

La puce micro-fluidique (1) comporte : • au moins un canal d'entrée (4) connecté à au moins un puits (2), chaque puits (2) étant associé à un canal de sortie (5), • au moins une chambre d'analyse (3a, 3b) connectée à au moins un puits (2). • une surface d'analyse (6) comportant des éléments de captation (6a) capturant des biomarqueurs présents dans le liquide issu du puits (2) et représentatifs de la réponse cellulaire d'un échantillon biologique contenu dans le puits (2). Un flux de liquide s'écoule depuis le puits (2) vers la surface d'analyse (6) comportant les éléments de captation (6a). Le flux de liquide est compris entre 0,1µL/min et 2 mL/min et s'écoule de façon laminaire dans la chambre d'analyse (3a, 3b). La puce (1) fait partie d'un laboratoire sur puce micro-fluidique muni d'un générateur de flux appliquant plusieurs liquides différents.The microfluidic chip (1) comprises: • at least one input channel (4) connected to at least one well (2), each well (2) being associated with one output channel (5), • at least an analysis chamber (3a, 3b) connected to at least one well (2). • an analysis surface (6) comprising capture elements (6a) capturing biomarkers present in the liquid from the well (2) and representative of the cellular response of a biological sample contained in the well (2). A flow of liquid flows from the well (2) to the analysis surface (6) comprising the collection elements (6a). The liquid flow is between 0.1 μL / min and 2 mL / min and flows in a laminar fashion in the analysis chamber (3a, 3b). The chip (1) is part of a micro-fluidic lab-on-chip equipped with a flow generator applying several different liquids.
