Système (1) de surveillance et d'alerte d'un élément naturel cible (20) d'une exploitation agricole, comportant une plate-forme de diagnostic (2) de l'élément cible (20) comprenant une pluralité de capteurs (3) de diagnostic et un module (4) d'enregistrement et d'analyses des paramètres, un module pointeur (6) conçu pour recevoir une entrée indiquant qu'un état cible de l'élément cible (20) est en cours ou sur le point de survenir, une plate-forme de surveillance (10) dudit élément cible comprenant une pluralité de capteurs (13) de surveillance et un module (11) de surveillance conçus pour surveiller les données en relation avec les conditions physiques liées à l'évolution dudit élément cible (20) et/ou de son environnement (21).
