Abstract
Le dispositif (100, 200) de déminéralisation d'eaux saumâtres ou d'eaux de mer, comporte : - une entrée (105) pour flux d'eau, - une pompe (125) de déplacement du flux d'eau configuré pour déplacer le flux d'eau à une vitesse déterminée, - au moins une membrane (140, 141) de filtration de la matière entrée, - au moins une sortie (145) pour concentrat, - au moins une sortie (150) pour perméat, - au moins une conduite (160) de recirculation connectant une sortie en amont d'au moins une membrane, au moins une dite conduite étant munie d'une vanne (163, 162) de recirculation, - au moins un capteur (110) d'une valeur représentative d'un paramètre physico-chimique du flux d'eau entrant dans le dispositif, - un injecteur (120), dans le flux d'eau, d'une quantité d'inhibiteur calculée par un automate (106) et - un automate (106) comportant un moyen (115) de calcul d'une valeur représentative d'une salinité, et optionnellement d'une valeur d'indice de Langelier et/ou Stiff & Davis, de l'eau en fonction d'au moins une valeur de paramètre physico-chimique capté, ledit automate étant configuré pour commander : - l'injection, par l'injecteur, d'une quantité d'inhibiteur d'entartrage déterminée en fonction de la valeur de salinité calculée, - l'actionnement d'au moins une vanne de recirculation en fonction de la valeur de salinité calculée et/ou - la mise en fonctionnement de la pompe de déplacement à une vitesse déterminée en fonction de la valeur de salinité calculée.
