Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection (1) de position d'un siège (70) par rapport au châssis (60) d'un véhicule, qui comprend un rail solidaire de l'un du siège ou du châssis, un support (20) qui est solidaire de l'autre du siège (70) ou du châssis (60), et une roue (30) qui est libre en rotation par rapport au support (20) et qui est en liaison de roulement sans glissement avec le rail (20). Le dispositif (1) comprend en outre un capteur (40) qui est apte à mesurer la position angulaire de la roue (20), et un microcontrôleur (50) connecté au capteur (40) et apte à calculer le nombre de tours et la position angulaire de la roue (20) depuis une position de référence par rapport au rail (10), à partir des mesures fournies par le capteur (40).
