Claims (13)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Patch (10) cutané de surveillance du rythme cardiaque destiné à être porté par un individu, le patch comprenant :- un circuit (12) imprimé flexible supportant une pluralité de capteurs : trois électrodes (121, 122, 123) configurées pour acquérir des signaux représentatifs de l’activité cardiaque de l’individu, deux capteurs (124, 125) de température configurés pour mesurer la température cutanée de l’individu ; un émetteur/récepteur (126) d’un signal infra-rouge configuré pour mesurer la saturation en oxygène de l’individu ; un accéléromètre (127) configuré pour déterminer la posture de l’individu ; un capteur (128) de pression configuré pour mesurer la fréquence respiratoire de l’individu ; le circuit (12) imprimé comprenant en outre un connecteur configuré pour recevoir un module électronique (14) destiné à être connecté électriquement au circuit imprimé flexible, ledit circuit imprimé étant configuré pour commander les capteurs et pour à partir des informations provenant des capteurs déterminer des paramètres caractéristiques de l’activité cardiaque de l’individu, le patch comprend en outre- une couche (11) de liaison configurée pour permettre au patch d’être en contact avec la peau de l’individu, la couche (11) de liaison comprenant un logement (112) destiné à recevoir le module (14) électronique et une languette (115) destinée à ouvrir ou fermer de manière étanche le logement (112).
- 2. Patch selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le circuit imprimé (14) supporte en outre un capteur (130) piézoélectrique configuré pour mesurer la densité de tissus par élastographie.
- 3. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les électrodes (121, 122, 123) sont disposées de façon équilatérale et sont espacées deux à deux d’une distance comprise entre 65 mm et 82 mm, typiquement 78 mm.
- 4. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l’émetteur/récepteur (126) infra-rouge est configuré pour émettre un signal ayant une longueur d’onde comprise entre 1420 mm et 1800 mm, typiquement entre 1450 mm et 1700 mm.
- 5. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l’émetteur/récepteur (126) infra-rouge est configuré pour émettre un signal vers la peau de l’individu qui soit réfracté par la peau selon un angle compris entre 25° et 65°, typiquement entre 30° et 60°.
- 6. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, comprenant une couche supérieure comprenant une première partie recouvrant une première face du circuit imprimé et comprenant un premier logement dans lequel le module électronique est destiné à être disposé.
- 7. Patch selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la couche supérieure comprend une seconde partie recouvrant la première partie, ladite seconde partie étant configurée pour assurer l’étanchéité du patch.
- 8. Patch selon l’une des revendications 6 à 7, dans lequel la couche supérieure comprend un second logement dans lequel une batterie telle qu’une pile est disposée.
- 9. Patch selon l’une des revendications 6 à 7, dans lequel la seconde partie comprend une couche de protection recouvrant la pile, la couche de protection étant configurée pour bloquer des ondes électromagnétiques issues de la pile au cours du fonctionnement du patch, la couche de protection étant de préférence en polycarbonate.
- 10. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, comprenant des pastilles d’hydrogel disposées sur chacune des électrodes, les électrodes étant en contact avec la peau de l’individu par l’intermédiaire desdites pastilles.
- 11. Patch selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de liaison recouvre une seconde face du circuit imprimé destinée à être en contact avec la peau de l’individu, la couche de liaison comprenant trois évidements de la taille des électrodes de manière à permettre le contact des électrodes avec la peau de l’individu.
- 12. Système (100) de surveillance cutanée comprenant un patch (10) selon l’une des revendications précédentes et un module (14) électronique connecté électriquement au circuit imprimé flexible, ledit module électronique étant configuré pour commander les capteurs et pour à partir des informations provenant des capteurs déterminer des5 paramètres caractéristiques de l’activité cardiaque de l’individu.
- 13. Ensemble de surveillance cutanée comprenant un système de surveillance selon la revendication précédente, un terminal mobile, le système de surveillance étant en liaison sans fil avec le terminal mobile.
