Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un noyau céramique comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : -a) coulée ou injection basse pression dans un moule sacrificiel ou permanent imprimé 3D d'une suspension comprenant une poudre céramique, un solvant, un dispersant et un système gélifiant constitué par soit un mélange monomère/réticulant/catalyseur soit un polymère gélifiable ; -b) gélification de la suspension de l'étape a); -c) séchage du gel de céramique obtenu à l'étape b) ; -d) démoulage ou élimination du moule de façon à obtenir un noyau cru compact ; -e) déliantage du noyau cru compact obtenu à l'étape d) ; -f) frittage de la pièce obtenue à l'étape e) -g) récupération du noyau céramique. Elle concerne en outre une suspension pour la fabrication d'un noyau céramique par coulée ou injection basse pression, comprenant une poudre céramique, un solvant, un dispersant et un système gélifiant constitué par soit un mélange monomère/réticulant/catalyseur soit un polymère gélifiable.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic core comprising the following successive steps: a) low pressure casting or injection in a 3D printed sacrificial or permanent mold of a suspension comprising a ceramic powder, a solvent, a dispersant and a gelling system consisting of either a monomer / crosslinking / catalyst mixture or a gellable polymer; -b) gelation of the suspension from step a); -c) drying the ceramic gel obtained in step b); -d) demoulding or removal from the mold so as to obtain a compact green core; -e) debinding of the compact raw core obtained in step d); -f) sintering of the part obtained in step e) -g) recovery of the ceramic core. It further relates to a suspension for the manufacture of a ceramic core by casting or low pressure injection, comprising a ceramic powder, a solvent, a dispersant and a gelling system consisting of either a monomer / crosslinking / catalyst mixture or a gellable polymer.
