Intrinsic aging results in particular in a slowing down of the renewal of the cells of the epidermis and the appearance of fine wrinkles or fine lines. In the dermis, the biosynthesis of macromolecules such as collagen decreases with age, changing the mechanical properties of the dermis, resulting in sagging skin, one of the clinical signs of aging. Photo-induced skin aging, that is to say caused by exposure to the sun, is also called photo-aging or heliodermia. Photo-aging is the result, in the dermis, of the breakdown of collagen fibers, notably resulting in clinical alterations such as thick wrinkles and the formation of soft, tanned skin. The aging of the skin is therefore accelerated by chronic exposure to UVs. Such methods use, for example, a laser or a source of intense pulsed light. As an alternative to the use of lasers or flash lamps, a technology has developed around the use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) for the cosmetic and therapeutic treatment of the skin. Light emitting diodes are electronic components which, when passed through by an electric current, emit low frequency light. It emits a light that is considered cold because it does not produce heat. This characteristic is due to an absence of resistance present in the other bulbs. LEDs fall into the LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) category. They have the advantage of being inexpensive compared to lasers or flash lamps and, because of their lower light intensity, do not present a danger of burns or other injuries to the skin if the exposure is not correctly performed.

Light emitting diodes emit light in a spectrum that extends from visible to infrared. Some are said to be monochromatic but emit light whose wavelength is included in a narrow spectrum corresponding to a given color of light. Others, such as white diodes, are polychromatic. It is therefore possible to use light-emitting diodes for the cosmetic treatment of the skin and to select them according to the result which it is desired to obtain.

One of the targets in the cosmetic treatment of wrinkles, as well as in the prevention of the appearance of wrinkles, is collagen. The Applicant had already been able to demonstrate in patent FR3037810 that a cosmetic treatment of the skin with a device allowing the delivery to said area of the skin to be treated of a light source emitting light at a wavelength between 590 and 598 nm for a light intensity of between 8,000 and 12,000 mcd and then a second step of exposing said area of the skin to be treated to a light source emitting light at a wavelength between 630 and 660 nm , for a light intensity of between 8000 and 12000 mcd, simultaneously with the exposure of said area of the skin to be treated to ionotherapy simultaneously with the exposure of said area of the skin to be treated to micro-vibrations, made it possible to reduce wrinkles and redness of the skin, preferably around the eyes, and in particular crow's feet.

However, none of the previously described solutions are concerned with the specific area of the lip contour and even less with the lips, nor do they solve with a single product the loss of volume and intensity of color of the lips, as well as the problem of wrinkles and fine lines around the lips.

Today the Applicant continues to innovate in this field of cosmetic skin care in anti-aging by having devised a cosmetic process for increasing the volume and intensity of the natural color of the lips, for increasing the density of the skin, of anti-aging care and of anti-aging prevention of the skin, more particularly of the skin around the lips, in particular of the wrinkled skin, and of the lips combining a range of wavelengths and a range of light intensity, heating of the area of the skin to be treated and care by electrostimulation, which, in combination, plump the lips, enhance their natural color, and also prevent and reduce wrinkles, particular of the buccal-labial area. The Applicant also proposes a device for the implementation of such a cosmetic skin care process.

The present invention thus relates to a cosmetic process for skin care, in particular of the buccal-lip zone by photomodulation, heating and electrostimulation as well as an ultraportable device for the implementation of such a cosmetic skin care process. .

The Applicant has observed, surprisingly, that the step of cosmetic care by photomodulation according to the invention in a spectrum of wavelengths between 630 and 660 nm, preferably 630 nm (red) makes it possible to reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and therefore to soothe the skin, and in particular the fragile area around the lips, and to slow down skin aging.
