Abstract

Un dispositif de rôtissage comporte une unité formant plaque verticale, une unité formant brasier (30) et une unité de support. La plaque de base (24) est montée entre la première plaque latérale et la deuxième plaque latérale et vient en butée contre la première plaque latérale et la deuxième plaque latérale. L'unité formant brasier (30) est située dans l'unité formant plaque verticale. L'unité de support est montée dans l'unité formant plaque verticale et au-dessus de l'unité formant brasier (30).
