Abstract
La présente invention porte sur l'utilisation in vitro d'au moins une lectine reconnaissant le motif fucose α 1-2 galactose pour le marquage de cellules souches cancéreuses pulmonaires, choisie parmi les lectines Ulex Europaeus agglutinin 1 (UEA-1), Agaricus Bisporus agglutinin (ABA), Amaranthus Caudatus agglutinin (ACA), jacaline, GSL-I et GSL-II Griffonia Simplicifolia lectin I (GSL-I) et Griffonia Simplicifolia lectin II (GSL-II), pour obtenir des cellules souches cancéreuses pulmonaires marquées, dans un échantillon biologique.
