Abstract

L'invention concerne un embout de connexion d'une conduite flexible (10) de transport de fluide. La conduite flexible (10) comprend au moins une gaine tubulaire (20) et au moins une couche (24, 25) d'amures de traction disposée extérieurement par rapport à la gaine tubulaire (20), la couche d'armures (24, 25) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments d'armure (29) filiformes. L'embout comporte au moins un tronçon d'extrémité de chaque élément d'armure, une voûte d'extrémité et un capot fixé sur la voûte d'extrémité, la voûte d'extrémité et le capot délimitant entre eux une chambre de réception de chaque tronçon d'extrémité, la chambre de réception étant remplie d'un matériau de remplissage. Le matériau de remplissage est une résine époxy comprenant des nanotubes de carbone liés chimiquement à la résine époxy. Un tel embout présente une reprise en tension axiale améliorée et un risque de défaillance en fatigue diminué.
