Abstract

The invention relates to a coupling member for coupling an agricultural implement with an apron equipping an agricultural machine. Description

Technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates, in general, the field of agricultural tools that are intended to be coupled to the deck equipping an agricultural machine.

It relates in particular to a coupling member for coupling an agricultural implement with an apron equipping an agricultural machine.

Technological background

For their implementations, some agricultural tools are hitched to the deck equipping an agricultural machine.

To achieve this coupling, these agricultural tools comprise a hooking member comprising two symmetrical coupling modules which each comprise upper and lower attachment parts intended to cooperate, respectively, with upper and lower anchors equipping the deck of the agricultural machinery.

But, to date, these aprons do not have a standard structure: each manufacturer of agricultural machinery has developed a deck structure of its own. In parallel, the current fasteners have a unique adaptation, adapted to a specific deck structure.

This situation then forces to have a range of agricultural tools whose respective hooks are adapted to the apron of each manufacturer. This constraint also leads to a decrease in the productivity and working time of agricultural tools.

Object of the invention

In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawback of the state of the art, the present invention proposes a polyvalent fastening member, that is to say a fastening member which groups together several interfaces and which is suitable for adapt to at least two different structures of aprons. The advantage of this multiple adaptation then confers a versatility of use of the agricultural tool on several aprons. Another advantage is to increase the productivity and working time of agricultural tools.

More particularly, the attachment member according to the invention comprises two attachment modules, symmetrical with respect to a vertical plane of symmetry, which each comprise upper and lower attachment portions designed to cooperate, respectively, with anchors. upper and lower equipping said deck of the agricultural machine.

Each attachment module comprises at least two upper attachment parts adapted to cooperate with at least two different upper anchors which are chosen from the following upper attachment parts: an outer cylindrical element, arranged perpendicularly with respect to said plane of symmetry vertical, and / or - an inner cylindrical element, arranged perpendicular to said vertical plane of symmetry, and / or - an outer hook, which opens towards the lower attachment portion.

Each attachment module also comprises a lower attachment portion which comprises a removable lower fitting provided with at least one through hole whose axis is intended to extend perpendicularly with respect to said vertical plane of symmetry, to cooperate with minus two different lower anchorages.

According to a particular embodiment, the outer hook is formed by a removable upper fitting, secured to said attachment module by means of removable fastening means.

This removable upper fitting advantageously comprises a flank provided with: a hook portion, formed at a front edge of said sidewall, a through hole adapted to receive said outer cylindrical element, and a fixing portion. , intended to cooperate with at least one location equipping said attachment module by means of removable fastening means.

The removable upper fitting is advantageously movable between two positions: an active position, in which the hook is able to cooperate with a complementary upper anchorage, and an inactive position, in which the hook is retracted to release another hooking part. superior. According to a particular embodiment, each attachment module comprises a transverse plate which extends in a transverse plane and which carries said upper and lower attachment parts.

Said at least two upper attachment parts are provided on the inside and / or outside with respect to said transverse plane.

And where appropriate, the two locations adapted to receive said removable lower fitting by means of removable fastening means are provided on both sides of the transverse plane.

System / farm set

The agricultural system (also called "agricultural unit"), as represented in FIG. 1, comprises several elements: an agricultural machine 1, for example a conventional agricultural tractor in itself, equipped with an apron 2 which is carried by a maneuvering arm and on which an agricultural implement is intended to be coupled, - an agricultural implement 3 which is intended to be coupled to the deck 2 fitted to the agricultural machine 1, and - an attachment member 4, to realize hitch (or interface) between this apron 2 and this agricultural tool 3.

In general, the term "agricultural implement" is understood to mean, for example, a distribution bucket, a blade for repelling silage, a loading bucket, a ball clamp or a slurry planer.

By "apron" (or tool holder frame), is advantageously meant a mechanically welded metal structure provided with a mechanical lock, which equips the free end of the operating arm equipping the agricultural machine 1 and which is adapted to receive the agricultural tool 3.

As described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 7, 8 and 10, 11, such an apron 2 advantageously comprises: two lateral anchoring torques which each consist of an upper anchor 21 and a lower anchor 22, adapted to cooperate with complementary attachment parts equipping the attachment member 4, and - vertical flanges 23, connecting the anchors 21,22 above.

Still generally, the attachment member 4 comprises two attachment modules 5 which are symmetrical with respect to a vertical plane of symmetry S shown schematically in FIG. 3.

Each attachment module 5 comprises at least two pairs of attachment portions 51, 52, which are carried by a frame 53, so that each of said pairs forms a complementary interface of an apron.

In general, each pair of attachment portions 51, 52 comprises: an upper attachment part 51 intended to cooperate with an upper anchor 21 fitted to an apron 2, and a lower attachment part 52 intended to cooperate with a lower anchor 22 equipping this same deck 2.

Furthermore, and still more generally, the terms "inside" and "outside" are used to designate the relative position of the structural elements of a coupling module 5 with respect to its symmetrical coupling module 5.

In other words, the concept of "inside" defines a structural element of a coupling module 5 which is located on the side of the other symmetrical coupling module 5. And the concept of "outside" defines a structural element of the attachment module 5 which is located at a distance / opposite of the same symmetrical coupling module 5.

First embodiment of the fastening member

A first embodiment of the attachment member 4, and its constituent fastening modules 5, is described below in connection with Figures 1 to 12.

Module chassis

The frame 53 of each attachment module 5 is formed by an assembly of two plates arranged in Tee: - a rear plate 531, extending perpendicular to the vertical plane of symmetry S and intended to cooperate with the agricultural tool 3 and a transverse plate 532, a rear edge of which is connected to the rear plate 531.

The transverse plate 532 extends perpendicular to the rear plate 531 and parallel to the vertical plane of symmetry S.

This transverse plate 532 defines a transverse plane P, thus extending parallel to the vertical plane of symmetry S (Figure 3).

In particular, this transversal plate 532 and the transverse plane P have an inner side and an outer side which are oriented, respectively, towards the other attachment module 5 and opposite to this other attachment module 5.

As developed below, the attachment portions 51, 52 are distributed on either side of this transverse plate 532 and of this transverse plane P.

Upper attachment part

Each attachment module 5 comprises several upper attachment portions 51 which are distributed on either side of the transverse plate 532.

These upper attachment portions 51 are thus distributed on the inner side and / or outer side with respect to this transversal plate 532 and with respect to the transverse plane P.

In this case, each attachment module 5 here comprises three upper attachment parts 51, namely: - an outer cylindrical element 511, arranged perpendicular to the vertical plane of symmetry S, - an inner cylindrical member 512, arranged perpendicularly to the vertical plane of symmetry S, and - an outer hook 513, which opens towards the lower attachment part 52.

Alternatively and not shown, each attachment module 5 could comprise a combination of two upper attachment portions 511, 512, 513 among the three aforementioned. The outer cylindrical element 511 and the inner cylindrical element 512 are formed on either side of the transverse plate 532. The outer cylindrical element 511 and the inner cylindrical element 512 are thus formed on the outer side and the inner side, respectively relative to the transverse plate 532 and to the transverse plane P.

In this case, the inner end of the inner cylindrical element 512 is still carried by a lateral cheek 536.

On the other hand, the outer end of the outer cylindrical element 511 is free for the translational maneuver of the outer hook 513.

In addition, these cylindrical elements 511, 512 are coaxial with each other, along a longitudinal axis 51 'oriented perpendicular to the vertical plane of symmetry S and relative to the transverse plate 532.

The diameter of the outer cylindrical member 511 is smaller than the diameter of the inner cylindrical member 512.

For example, the outer cylindrical member 511 has a diameter of between 45 and 55 mm and a length of between 80 and 200 mm; the inner cylindrical element 512 has a diameter of between 75 and 85 mm and a length of between 20 and 100 mm.

The outer hook 513 is formed by a removable upper fitting which is attached to the outer cylindrical member 511 and which is secured to the attachment module 5 by means of removable fastening means 515.

The names "outer hook" and "upper removable bracket" are used alternately.

As illustrated in particular in FIG. 4, this removable upper fitting 513 comprises a flank 5131 provided with: a hook portion 5132, formed by the front edge of this flank 5131; a through orifice 5133, adapted to receive the outer cylindrical element 511, and a fixing portion 5134 (here formed by a bent back to the square), intended to be fixed, by means of detachable fastening 515, at at least one location 54 fitted to the attachment module 5 (and in particular its frame 53).

In the present case, these locations 54 are here two in number: a first location 541, formed at the transverse plate 532 of the frame 53, to have this removable upper fitting 513 in the active position (FIG. 3 in particular) in which the latter is able to cooperate with an upper anchorage 21 complementary, - a second location (not shown), formed in the rear plate 531 of the frame 53, to have this removable upper fitting 513 inactive position in which the latter is retracted to release another upper attachment part 51 of the attachment module 5.

In this case, the first location 541 consists of a light formed through the transverse plate 532 of the frame 53.

Lower attachment part

The lower attachment portion 52 comprises: - a removable lower fitting 521, and - locations 522 (Figure 4), each adapted to receive said removable lower fitting 521.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the removable lower fitting 521 is formed by a plate which is provided here with several through holes 521a, 521b adapted to cooperate with different lower anchors 22.

In the present case, this removable lower fitting 521 has two through orifices 521a, 521b whose traversing axes 521a1, 521b1 extend parallel to one another and are intended to extend perpendicular to the plane of vertical symmetry S.

The two through orifices 521a, 521b have different diameters with respect to each other.

For example, a first through hole 521a has a diameter of between 15 and 35 mm; and a second through hole 521b has a diameter of between 30 and 40 mm.

This removable bottom bracket 521 also has secondary through holes 521 for securing removable within the locations 522.

The locations 522, here two in number, are juxtaposed laterally.

These locations 522 here consist of an inner location 522a and an outer location 522b, which are respectively provided on the inner side and the outer side with respect to the transverse plate 532 and its transverse plane P.

Each location 522 is here in the form of a through-light, with a longitudinal axis oriented parallel to the transverse plane P and perpendicular to the rear plate 531.

The lower removable fitting 521 is thus slidably connected and partially within one of the two locations 522 so as to have two segments each carrying one of the two through-holes 521a, 521b (FIG. 3): a projecting segment 521e projecting from the associated location 522 and having a through hole 521a / 521b for cooperating with a lower anchor 22, and a retracted segment 521f extending within the associated location 522 and whose secondary through-orifice 521 co-operates with removable fastening means 523.

Means for securing removable

The lower removable fittings 521 and the removable upper fittings 513 are secured to the chassis 53 of the attachment module 5 by means of detachable fastening means 523, 515.

These removable securing means 523, 515 are advantageously manually operable, for example of the type pins or bolts.

They are reported through coaxial orifices arranged for one, on the removable bottom bracket 521 or the removable upper bracket 513 and, for the other, on the frame 53 (in particular on its transverse plate 532).

Inserts / monoblocks

The two attachment modules 5 are here independent of each other. The modules 5 then comprise removable securing means 55 with the agricultural implement 3.

For example, these removable securing means 55 consist of U-shaped stirrups 55 (FIG. 2).

Each yoke 55 is intended to be attached so as to lock the frame of the agricultural tool 3 against the rear plate 531 of the frame 53 of the attachment module 5.

For this, the arms of these stirrups 55 are for example bolted to the rear plate 531 of the frame 53 of the attachment module 5.

Alternatively, not shown, these attachment modules 5 can be made in one piece with the agricultural tool 3.

In this case, the rear plate 531 can be securely fastened to the frame of the agricultural tool 3 (for example by welding).

Hanging couples

Each attachment module 5 is adapted to take different configurations (here four in number) which each form a coupling torque adapted to cooperate with a lateral upper anchoring torque 21 / lower 22 of a given deck 2.

According to a first configuration shown in FIG. 6, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 comprises the outer hook 513 (in the active position), and the attachment part lower 52 includes the removable lower fitting 521 located at the inner location 522a (the inner side relative to the transverse plane P and the transverse plate 532).

The outer hook 513 is thus arranged so that: its flank 5131 extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis 51 'of the cylindrical elements 511, 512; its through orifice 5133 receives the outer cylindrical element 511, and its fastening portion; 5134 is fixed, by means of detachable fastening means 515, through the first location 541.

The removable lower fitting 521 is further oriented so that its projecting segment 521e carries the first through hole 521a.

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with an apron illustrated in Figures 7 or 8. Such an apron corresponding to the so-called "EURO" standard.

In the present case, this deck 2 comprises two lateral anchoring torques each comprising: an upper anchorage 21 formed by a lateral portion of a cylindrical beam on which is intended to be suspended the outer hook 513 forming the upper part; hooking 51, and - a longitudinal cylindrical rod 22, intended to be housed within the first through hole 521a.

According to a variant of this first configuration (not shown), each attachment module 5 may further comprise the following coupling torque: the upper attachment part 51 comprises the outer hook 513 (in the active position), and the lower attachment portion 52 having the removable lower fitting 521 now reported in the outer location 522b (the outer side relative to the transverse plane P and the transverse plate 532).

Such a coupling torque is also adapted to cooperate with an apron illustrated in Figures 7 or 8, corresponding to the so-called "EURO" standard.

According to a second configuration shown in FIG. 9, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 is formed by the outer cylindrical element 511, and the lower attachment part 52 comprises the removable lower fitting 521 located at the outer location 522b (the outer side relative to the transverse plane P and the transverse plate 532).

The outer hook 513 is then in the inactive position, or even dissociated / separated from the upper attachment part 51.

The lower removable fitting 521 is further oriented so that its projecting segment 521 e carries the second through hole 521b.

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with an apron illustrated in Figures 10 and 11. Such an apron is traditionally offered for sale by the MAILLEUX company (19 Rue de Rennes, 35 690 ACIGNE, FRANCE).

In the present case, this deck 2 comprises two lateral anchoring torques each comprising: an upper anchorage 21 formed by an upwardly opening U-shaped channel or channel adapted to receive the outer cylindrical element 511, and - A longitudinal cylindrical rod 22, intended to be housed within the second through hole 521b.

According to a third configuration shown in FIG. 12, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 is formed by the inner cylindrical element 512, and the lower attachment part 52 has the removable bottom bracket 521 located at the inner location 522a (the inner side relative to the transverse plane P and the transverse plate 532).

The lower removable fitting 521 is further oriented so that its projecting segment 521 e carries the second through hole 521b.

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with an apron traditionally offered for sale by the MANITOU company (430 route Aubinière, 44150 ANCENIS, FRANCE).

Second embodiment of the fastening member

A second embodiment of the attachment member 4, and its constituent fastening modules 5, is described below in connection with Figures 13 to 15.

This attachment module 5 is similar to that described above in relation with FIGS. 1 to 12 in that it comprises pairs of attachment parts 51, 52, which are carried by a frame 53, to form complementary interfaces of at least two different structures of aprons. Again, each pair of attachment portions 51, 52 includes: an upper attachment portion 51 intended to cooperate with the upper anchor 21 fitted to an apron 2, and a lower attachment portion 52 intended to cooperate with the lower anchor 22 equipping the same deck 2.

This attachment module 5 is distinguished only by the structure of these upper attachment portions 51 and lower 52.

In the present case, each attachment module 5 here comprises three upper attachment parts 51, namely: the outer cylindrical element 511, arranged perpendicularly with respect to the vertical plane of symmetry, the inner cylindrical element 512, arranged perpendicular to the vertical plane of symmetry, and - the outer hook 513, removable, which opens to the lower attachment portion 52 (Figure 15).

In the present case, these cylindrical elements 511, 512 are carried by two lateral cheeks 536, forming a kind of stirrup, extending from a rear plate 531 of the frame 53.

The outer hook 513 is formed by a removable upper fitting which is attached to the outer cylindrical member 511 and which is secured to the attachment module 5 by means of removable fastening means 515.

As illustrated in particular in FIG. 15 (shown as exploded on the left-hand side and mounted on the right-hand side), this removable upper fitting 513 comprises a flange 5131 provided with: a hook portion 5132, formed by the front edge of this flank 5131; - A through hole 5133, adapted to receive the outer cylindrical member 511.

This through hole 5133 is here opening laterally. It is intended to be closed by at least one attached flange (for example a C-shaped piece or an arc of a circle) forming the removable fastening means 515, so as to delimit together a circular housing in which the outer cylindrical member 511 is intended to be maintained.

This removable upper fitting 513 also has a rear edge 5138 intended to bear on the frame 53 to ensure its locking in rotation around the outer cylindrical member 511.

Furthermore, here again, the lower attachment portion 52 comprises: - a removable bottom bracket 525, and - locations 526 (Figure 13), each adapted to receive said removable lower bracket 525 by means of removable fastening means.

The lower removable fitting 525 is formed here by: - a transverse flap 525a, provided with a through orifice 525al adapted to cooperate with a lower anchor 22, and - a rear flap 525b adapted to cooperate with the locations 526 above.

The locations 526, here two in number, are juxtaposed laterally.

Each location 526 is here formed by a group of orifices formed in the rear plate 531 of the frame 53, adapted for the removable attachment of the rear flap 525b of the removable lower fitting 525 to form an inner location and an outer location.

Each attachment module 5 is adapted to take different configurations which each form a coupling torque adapted to cooperate with a lateral upper anchoring torque 21 / lower 22 of a given deck 2.

According to a first configuration shown in FIG. 13, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 is formed by the outer cylindrical element 511, and the lower attachment part 52 has the removable lower bracket 525 located at the outer location (this position at the outer location is shown in Figure 13).

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with an apron illustrated in Figures 10 and 11. Such an apron is traditionally offered for sale by the MAILLEUX company.

According to a second configuration, not shown, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 is formed by the inner cylindrical element 512, and the lower attachment part 52 comprises the removable bottom bracket 525 located at the inner location (this position at the inner location is shown in Figure 15).

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with an apron traditionally offered for sale by the company MANITOU.

According to a third configuration shown in FIG. 15, each attachment module 5 comprises the following attachment torque: the upper attachment part 51 is formed by the outer hook 513 (attached to the outer cylindrical element 511), and - the lower hooking part 52 has the removable lower fitting 525 located at the inner location.

Such a coupling torque is adapted to cooperate with a deck complying with the EURO standard.
