Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de carburant (10) pour un aéronef (12), lequel comprend un réservoir de carburant (16) configuré pour recevoir du carburant et une pompe à carburant (18). La pompe à carburant (18) comprend un moteur électrique (20) disposé à proximité du réservoir de carburant (16). La pompe à carburant (18) comprend en outre une alimentation électrique en communication électrique avec le moteur électrique (20) et disposée à l'extérieur du réservoir de carburant (16). Le système de carburant (10) comprend en outre un élément isolant (24) disposé entre l'alimentation électrique et le réservoir de carburant (16). L'élément isolant (24) a une résistivité supérieure à la résistivité du réservoir de carburant (16) pour minimiser un transfert électrique entre l'alimentation électrique et le carburant.
