L'invention porte sur un système de détermination (1a, 1b) d'un débit massique d'un fluide cryogénique (4) circulant dans un circuit (6) d'une installation cryogénique (2), le système de détermination (1a, 1b) comprenant au moins deux dispositifs de mesure de température (8a, 8b) du fluide cryogénique (4) ainsi qu'un dispositif d'émission d'un flux de chaleur (9, 16) dans ce fluide (4), lesdits au moins deux dispositifs de mesure (8a, 8b) étant structurellement définis pour un montage en doigt de gant dans un tronçon (10) prédéfini du circuit (6).
