Abstract

L'invention propose un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble (10) constitué d'un connecteur (12) et d'un câble multiconducteur (14) qui comprend une tresse (18) de blindage qui entoure des conducteurs, et une gaine extérieure (20), le connecteur 12 comportant une partie arrière conductrice à laquelle la tresse (18) est relié, le procédé consistant à raccorder les conducteurs au connecteur (12) ; replier vers l'arrière une partie de la tresse (18) ; mouler un premier matériau autour des conducteurs ; déplier la tresse de blindage par-dessus la zone moulée avec le premier matériau pour amener la tresse contact électrique avec le connecteur (12) ; serrer avec un collier (24) la tresse autour du connecteur ; mouler un deuxième matériau (30) pour constituer une enveloppe externe (32) de l'ensemble (10) qui entoure au moins la tresse de blindage (18) depuis son extrémité avant (19) jusqu'à une portion avant (21) de la gaine extérieure (20) du câble multiconducteur entourant la tresse de blindage (18).
