Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un capteur (1) avec une antenne (2) ultra haute fréquence imprimé sur une zone de réception (3) sur une première face (4a) d'une plaque (4) de circuit imprimé. Il est effectué une insertion de la première face (4a) de la plaque (4) dans une première portion de boîtier (5) avec un joint (7) et un élément de compression (8), le joint (7) entourant la zone de réception (3) tandis qu'un premier espace (9a) reste libre dans la portion. Il est effectué une insertion d'une deuxième face (4b) de la plaque (4) dans une deuxième portion de boîtier (6) et un pressage des portions (5, 6) l'une vers l'autre, un deuxième espace (9b) restant libre. Il est ensuite effectué une injection de polyuréthane dans les premier et deuxième espaces (9a, 9b), le joint (7) empêchant une pénétration du polyuréthane dans la zone de réception (3).
