Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble (10) comprenant une structure mécanique (19) et un composant de puissance électrique (13) pour un aéronef comprenant des étapes dans lesquelles : A. on dispose le composant de puissance électrique (13) comprenant une base de maintien mécanique dissipatrice (25) avec surface destinée à recevoir l'ajout de matière (21) dans un outillage au fond du réservoir comportant de la matière, B. on dépose par raclage de la matière directement sur la surface (25) de sorte à obtenir une couche mince (27) de matière fusionnable, C. on utilise un faisceau laser pour solidifier une partie de la matière (21) selon le motif prédéfini, D. on répète les étapes B et C de sorte à solidifier par fusion couche après couche pour obtenir la forme prédéterminée de la structure mécanique (19) de l'ensemble. L'invention se rapporte également à un ensemble (10) comprenant une structure mécanique (19) et un composant de puissance électrique (13) pour un aéronef, ledit ensemble étant obtenu par un tel procédé.
