Abstract

Un procédé de mise en place d'un pieu (10) de fondation dans un sol existant, comprend les étapes suivantes : -fournir un tube chemise (20), comprenant un seul tube d'acier ou comprenant plusieurs tubes d'acier assemblés les uns aux autres, ledit tube chemise (20) présentant une portion (2) enserrée, sur tout ou partie de sa longueur, d'au moins une couche de matériau polymère adhérant surfaciquement à une surface cylindrique extérieure du ou des tubes d'acier; -former le pieu (10) de fondation, la formation du pieu comprenant une étape d'insertion d'au moins la portion enserrée (2) du tube chemise (20) dans le sol existant. Le pieu (10) comprend une portion inférieure (1) non enserrée par le matériau polymère, pour assurer des transferts de charge du pieu, cette portion inférieure étant sous la portion enserrée (2) par le matériau polymère.
