L'invention concerne une gélule contenant : - un comprimé enrobé comprenant de l'acide acétylsalicylique, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ou leurs mélanges, ledit comprimé étant enrobé par un film ; et - une poudre comprenant : ○ un composé choisi parmi la pravastatine, ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, et leurs mélanges, et ○ un additif basique minéral ; ledit film comprenant de l'alcool polyvinylique.
