Le système de quantification et d'information du niveau de risque d'inflammation ou d'explosion ou de combustion lente de produits agricoles stockés est constitué de sondes (2) de température insérées dans des balles de fourrage (12) et d'une procédure (19) mise en œuvre par un système informatique (18). Pour chaque balle de fourrage (12), la dérivée mathématique de la courbe de température (6) ou le niveau des paliers (7) de température sont associés à un niveau de risque (20) qui est transmis à l'exploitant. Une cartographie (16) est réalisée grâce à une localisation satellitaire des balles de fourrage (12) ou (29) et les mesures de températures fournies par un capteur de température (28) lors de la manutention des balles de fourrage (12) ou (29) dans les champs
