Abstract

Dans un procédé de séparation cryogénique d'un mélange d'hydrogène et de monoxyde de carbone, le mélange est refroidi dans un échangeur de chaleur (E) et puis séparé par condensation partielle avant d'être envoyé à une colonne d'épuisement, on refroidit un débit gazeux riche en azote (71) dans l'échangeur de chaleur, on sort au moins une partie du débit gazeux riche en azote refroidi au bout froid de celui-ci, on en détend au moins une partie, on liquéfie au moins une partie du débit gazeux riche en azote, on vaporise l'au moins une partie liquéfiée et on la réchauffe avant d'en extraire au moins une partie comme produit gazeux riche en azote (84).
